      狗万APP下载创办于1952年,是北仑区历史最悠久的高级中学。在60年的发展历程中,学校积淀了深厚的文化底蕴,“崇德扬正、尚学启智”的校训深入人心,“明理、严谨、健美、创新”的校风发扬光大,始终坚持“以人为本、注重发展”为办学指导思想,绘制了“气氛和谐,培养能力,注重个性,全面发展”的教学理念,继承和发扬了柴中“人和”的优良传统,既注重传承历史又与时俱进,既注重全面提升学校办学质量,又注重寻找学校特色发展的着力点,关注每一个学生的生命质量,激发每一个教师的生命潜能,逐渐形成了“尊重差异、关注个性、全面育人、自主发展”的育人模式,走上科学管理、民主决策、科研促教、质量兴校的发展轨道,为创建浙江省普通高中特色示范学校奠定了坚实基础。

  学校现有30个班级,1369名在读学生。现有教职工120人,专任教师115人,中高级教师103人,中高级教师占专任教师89.6%。有特级教师1人,全国优秀教师1人,省级优秀教师4人,市区名师和骨干教师16人,市区级教坛新秀36人。

  校园环境优雅,风光宜人。学校教育设备先进,不仅高标准配置微格教室、数字化实验室和电子阅览室,而且每个教室均安装电子白板和空调设备,给教学提供了极大的方便。已动工兴建的新食堂和寝室楼,在2013年投入使用后可同时容纳1800位师生就餐,满足所有学生的住宿需求,每间寝室住4—6人,安装空调和电话,并提供热水,根本改善学校的食宿条件.

  学校倡导“全员育人”理念,尊重差异,关注个体,把他律和自律相结合,以制度治校,文化立校,自我管理,自我服务,自我感悟,目前学校校风学风风淳气正,校园干净、晚自习安静,学生学习沉静,营造了优良的学习氛围。

  学校坚持走“轻负高质”的教学之路,重视教学科研,与中央教科所和浙江大学教育学院结成科研协作单位,共同探索教育教学新模式。近年来,有20多项课题在国家、省、市、区立项,并有10多项获省、市级奖励,其中2009年省级规划课题《依托镇海棘螈开发研究性学习校本课程》课题获得浙江省第六届教育科学成果一等奖,另外,《基于“镇海棘螈”保护的学校特色发展研究》被确立为2009年度全国教育科学规划教育部专项课题,2011年《新课标高中作文阶梯训练模式研究》获省一等奖,2009年被评为浙江省教育科研先进集体。现有学生社团15个,开展各种文体活动和实践探究活动,研究性学习成绩突出,在浙江省第四届研究性学习成果评比中,我校的“探索提高镇海棘螈孵化率和变态率的研究”课题获得省一等奖并获得第二十四届浙江省科技创新大赛二等奖,2010年在全国首届研究性学习成果评比中我校学生的“拯救万年小恐龙系列活动”荣获一等奖。

  学校教育质量稳步上升,学校在多年的高考备考工作中积累了丰富的经验,高一重点抓学习习惯,高二重在培养学习能力,高三找准定位培优补差。在平时教学中重视课堂效益,重视学科辅导,重视团队协作。近十年来,学校的高考成绩连年攀升,2009年第一次新课程高考,学校取得了突出成绩,上重点线63人,本科率达到86.6%,上线率99.6%。在最近三年高考中,本科率均在88%左右,上线率均在99%以上。尤其是2012年高考成绩再创新记录,上重点线达到81人,其中,严文斌同学以693分成绩勇夺北仑区文科状元,全省排名69名,张承谦同学理科701分,名列北仑区前茅;本科上线率达到92.9%,其中理科本科上线率88.0%,文科本科上线率99.5%。在全省同类学校处于领先地位。

  学科竞赛辅导是进一步强化学生学科素养、培养学科特长的重要途径。对学科竞赛辅导的管理,做到“五定”,建立健全学科竞赛管理制度,使竞赛辅导的管理工作更加科学、更加完善。近三年学科竞赛成绩大幅上扬,在数理化生各类学科竞赛中,共有223人次获市级及以上奖励,有89人次省级获奖,其中16人次获省一等奖;化学组多次被评为省团体优胜奖。

  近年来,学校先后成为浙江省二级重点中学、宁波市文明单位、宁波市德育工作先进单位、宁波市文明示范学校、宁波市五四红旗团委、宁波市优秀学生会、浙江省教育科研先进集体、浙江省教育科研百强学校、教育部浙江大学课程研究中心实验高中、中国科学院成都生物研究所实验基地、中央教育科学研究所“全国特色高中创建”课题实验学校、中国教育科学研究院综合改革实验区项目学校。学校秉承“管理高效能、设施高标准、教师高水平、学生高质量、校园高品位”的办学目标,以教育科研为先导、以提高学生自主能力为核心、以实现学生自主发展为目标创建浙江省特色示范高中。

 

A Brief Introduction to Chaiqiao High School

 

Chaiqiao High School ,founded in 1952, is the oldest one of all the senior high schools in Beilun District, Ningbo. Due to its long history, it possesses enormously rich culture. The school motto “morality, integrity, nobility and enlightenment” is deeply rooted in the hearts of the teachers. “wisdom ,strictness ,fitness and creativity “is the pursuit of our school. With the guideline of students-oriented and their overall development, we always put the students the first place and attach great importance to the students’ development in an all-round way. Not only do we inherit the traditional essence of our school but also keep up with the times. Meanwhile, we make every effort to promote the quality of school management and seek to create a mode of development with characteristics. More attention is paid to the students’ life quality as well as cultivating potential of every teacher. Thus , the education pattern of respecting differences and individualities, providing an all-round education, developing their personalities and special abilities is functioning efficiently. All in all, the scientific management and democratic decision-making have made it possible for our school to develop healthily, which lays a solid foundation for its bright future . .

There are 30 classes and 1369 students in the school. Now it has 120 staffs, including 115 full-time teachers, 103 middle and senior teachers, which occupies the 89.6 percent of the middle and senior teachers. What’s more, there are 1 provincial grade teacher, 1 national excellent teacher, 4 provincial excellent teachers, 16 municipal famous teachers. In addition, 16 teachers have won the award of “Good New Teacher”.

The scenery is beautiful and attractive on campus. With advanced educational equipment, our school has highly-equipped micro-classroom, digital laboratories as well as e-reading rooms . Meanwhile every classroom is equipped with electronic blackboard and air condition, which makes the teaching activities more convenient. Now the new mess hall and dormitory buildings are being built. After they come into use in 2013, they can contain 1800 students and teachers, satisfying the accommodation requirement of all the students. Each dormitory is equipped with air conditions, telephones and hot-water heating, but only contain 4-6 students, which radically improve the board and lodging level of the school.

Our school advocates the idea of “Full-scale Education”. We respect the differences and focus on individuals, as well as combine the autonomy and heteronomy. In addition, we manage the school with the combination of system and culture. With the emphasis on self-management, self-service and self-inspiration, the school’s atmosphere is simple and upright. The clean school yard and quiet school atmosphere build the fine learning.

Our school sticks to the teaching approach “ Light burden, high quality” and attaches importance to teaching and scientific research. The school has coordinated with the Central Training Section and Institute of Education ,Zhejiang University to explore new patterns of teaching. Our school has been improving the research ability step by step. There have been more than 20 tasks recognized by nation, province, city and district respectively. Meanwhile, about 10 tasks are awarded by province and city including “ Curriculum Development Based on Research and Study on Chinhai Spiny Newt” which is awarded for the Sixth Educational and Scientific Achievement in Zhejiang Province. “ The Specific Development Research Based on Protecting Chinhai Spiny newt” was recognized as a special task of the National Educational and Scientific Planning of the educational ministry in 2009. In 2011 “ The research on the ladder training pattern of new curriculum standard high school composition” was placed first. In 2009, our school was named as Advanced Collective of education and research in Zhejiang. In addition, there are 15 students’ associations which often hold a variety of research and exploration activities. With these bases, the achievement of research in our school are outstanding. For instance, the task named “The Research on Exploring how to improve hatching and metamorphosis rate of Chihai Spiny newt” was placed as the first in Zhejiang and second in the 24th Zhejiang Science and Technology Innovation Contest. And in 2010, “The series activities of Saving Chihai Spiny Newt” created by the students in our school was honored to be the best in the 1st National Research Achievement Contest.

The quality of education is on a steady rise. The school has accelerated rich experience in the preparation work of college entrance examinations. We attach importance to the formation of good learning habits among senior one students. We focus more on the cultivation of learning abilities among senior two. Among senior three, we center on the cultivation of the academically excellent students and making it up for academically poor students. We value the classroom teaching effectiveness in the routine work, tutoring students for subject competitions as well as the teamwork. In the recent decade, the performance of the students in the national college entrance examinations has been on a stable increase. In 2009, as many as 63 students were admitted to key universities. The rate of admission was 99.6%, among which the rate of undergraduate enrollment rose to 86.6%. In the recent 3 years, the rate of admission has kept on a level of 99.0%, among which the rate of undergraduate enrollment has risen to approximately 88%. The year 2012 was a particular year in which we established a new record. The students gaining admission to key universities reached 81 members, among whom Yan Wenbin topped No.1 in the liberal arts in Beilun District with a score of 693, ranking No.69 in Zhejiang Province. Zhang Chengqian was listed as one of the top students in science in Beiliun District with a score of 701. The rate of undergraduate enrollment jumped to 92.9%, among which the rollment rate of the science students reached as high as 88.0%.

The tutoring of subject competitions is one of the important ways to strengthen the students’ subject accomplishments and improve their special abilities. As a result, the management of subject competitions must include 5sets. Build a sound system of management of subject competitions. Try to make the management of subject competitions more scientific and perfect. In the past three years, there has been a significant rise in the accomplishment which has been made in subject contests. In the physics and biology competitions held before, more than 200 students won the rewards at city-level or above ,of whom 89 won the prizes at the provincial level and 16 got the first prize at the provincial level .As for this achievement, Chemical Groups in our school is voted one of the excellent groups

Recently, Chaiqiao High School has been listed as one of the Secondary Key High Schools in Zhejiang province and awarded with many other honorable titles, with the names listed as follows: the civilized Unit of Ningbo City; the Advanced Unit for Moral Education of Ningbo City; the Civilization Demonstration School of Ningbo City; The May 4th Model Youth League Unit of Ningbo City; the Model Students’ Union of Ningbo City; the Advanced Unit for Education Research of Zhejiang Province; the Top Hundred School for Education Research of Zhejiang Province; the Experimental School Affiliated with the Curriculum Research Center co-founded by Zhejiang University and the National Ministry of Education; the Experimental Base Affiliated with Chengdu Institute of Biology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences; the Subject Experimental School Affiliated with the Subject Research Project of the Central Education Research Agency; the Project School of the Comprehensive Research of the Institute of the National Education Research, and so on. Our school keeps it as long-pursuing goal to administrate the school high efficiently, equip the school high standardly, arm the stuff high knowledgeably, educate the students high quality, Promote the campus high gradedly. We’ll spare no efforts to build the school into a demonstration School in Zhejiang Province guided by the education research with the students’ self-dependent ability as the centre and the students’ self-centered development as our goal.
